12-Week Progressive Pilates Programme Terms and Conditions


Welcome to the 12-Week Progressive Pilates Programme. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Pilates with Jo (“the Instructor”) regarding your participation in this programme. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.

1. Programme Details

  • The 12-Week Progressive Pilates Programme is a structured Pilates course designed to progressively improve your core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
  • The programme is led by Jo Tripp, a certified Pilates instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist.
  • This is a 12-week program with weekly video classes and supplementary information to support your fitness journey.

2. Payment Terms

  • The full cost of the programme is £197 payable in advance before the start date of the programme.
  • Payment can be made via accepted payment methods.
  • Access to the programme will be granted only upon receipt of full payment.

3. Refund Policy

  • You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase.
  • After the 14-day period, no refunds will be given, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Instructor.

4. Health Disclaimer

  • This programme is not suitable for you if you:
  • Have any underlying health conditions, such as, but not limited to, heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, or respiratory issues.
  • Are pregnant or have recently given birth.
  • Experience any chronic pain, injuries, or have had surgery.
  • It is essential that you seek medical advice before undertaking any form of exercise. If you have any hesitation about whether this is suitable for you, you must seek medical advice.
  • By enrolling in this programme, you acknowledge that you are physically able to undertake a Pilates fitness programme.
  •  Any advice provided is not intended to replace the services of a health professional or be a substitute for medical advice. You are advised to consult a health professional for individualized advice and where necessary diagnosis or treatment.
  • If at any point during the programme you experience pain or discomfort, you agree to stop immediately and seek medical advice.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure:
  •   There is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards – a minimum of four square metres per person
  •   Any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed
  •   The surrounding floor space is entirely clear to remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls n there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session
  • There is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
  • In addition, the following disclaimer applies in respect of any pre-recorded sessions:

To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness programme. By performing any fitness exercises without supervision, you are performing them at your own risk. Jo Tripp (Pilates with Jo) will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of this fitness programme, online fitness video or information shared on our website. This includes emails, videos and text.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • By participating in the 12-Week Progressive Pilates Programme, you acknowledge and accept that physical exercise carries inherent risks. The Instructor is not liable for any injuries, conditions, or damages arising from your participation in the programme.
  • You understand that modifications and adjustments will be provided, but it is your responsibility to ensure these adjustments suit your personal fitness level and health condition.

6. Programme Commitment

  • This is a progressive programme, and results will vary based on individual participation and effort. You agree to commit to the programme schedule and understand that missed sessions may impact your results.
  • The Instructor is available for support throughout the programme via email and will offer advice where possible, but participation in the programme is at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided as part of the programme, including class recordings, written resources, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Pilates with Jo. These materials are for your personal use only and should not be shared, copied, or distributed without explicit written permission from the Instructor.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information, including contact details and payment information, will be kept secure and will only be used for the purposes of administering the programme.
  • By enrolling, you agree to receive communication from the Instructor related to the programme and any follow-up information.

9. Changes to the Programme

  • The Instructor reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, content, or delivery method. You will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By enrolling in the 12-Week Progressive Pilates Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
