Introducing the 12-Week Couch to Core Stability Pilates Program

’Your body’s asking for a different kind of strength’

You’ve shown up at the gym.

You've tried pushing harder, running faster, stretching longer.

But the stiffness stays. The belly won’t budge.

And the fatigue -physical and mental- keeps crashing in.

This isn’t about lack of effort. It’s about methods that no longer match.

It’s time to stop pushing and start re-patterning.

This clinically-informed, expertly designed progressive programme is for women 35+ who are ready to:

✅Tone their deep core and improve posture.

✅Rebuild lost muscle mass without burning out.

✅Release stored hip and joint tension.

✅Reclaim their energy and confidence.

✅Move with strength, flexibility and ease.

✅Support their nervous system and metabolism during hormonal shifts.

✅Feel good in their body again, not punished by it.

In just 12 weeks, you can progress step-by-step from wherever you are now – even if you’ve never tried Pilates before – to feeling stronger, more mobile, and more in control of your body than ever before.

Created by a Chartered Physiotherapist with 25+ years of musculoskeletal experience and taught to real clients for 19 years - this isn’t a quick fix. It’s functional, proven and progressive.

You’ll receive:

✅ 12 recorded Pilates classes (progressively layered to meet your body where it is.

✅ Bonus ‘watch points’ videos for some of the key exercises.

✅ Support from Jo: Direct access to me for tips and questions along the way.

✅ Breathwork and stress relief woven into movement.

✅ Targeted strength, balance and mobility work.

✅ Expert coaching cues throughout, no guesswork

The classes will gently progress each week but you will have the chance to stay at the same level for as long as suits you as you will have access to the programme for a full year.

This programme is for people who are currently well and injury free.

You should always seek medical advice before undertaking any form of exercise.

’This didn’t just change how I move, it changed the way I feel in my body’

This isn’t about getting back to who you were, it’s about becoming the strongest version of who you are now.

Functional strength is what carries you through real life, not just workouts. It’s the strength that supports you when walking, sitting tall at your desk, lifting with ease, running freely, or even dancing without stiffness. It’s strength that works for you every day.

When you can lift with ease, walk tall, or run without aches, you carry yourself differently. That upright posture, steady balance, and freedom in your body naturally boost your confidence whether you’re in the boardroom, on the dance floor, or simply moving through your day.

Your confidence is just waiting to rise.

Why 12 weeks?

You’ve probably seen (or been part of!) the quick fix trend.

Quick burn. Fast tone. Squeeze it in before the holiday.

But when it comes to building a body that holds your strength, supports your joints, and restores your energy - 6 weeks isn’t enough.

Here’s why:

The research (and my 25+ years of clinical and teaching experience) shows that 12 weeks is the minimum time required to create real, measurable strength and neuromuscular change.

That means:

✅ Muscles firing in the right order

✅ Posture that holds without effort

✅ A core that actually supports you all day - not just during a class

I have been teaching Pilates for 19 years now and I have always known that my clients really start to turn a corner in terms of their core strength, flexibility, posture and overall wellbeing at around 8-9 weeks in.

Over the years the evidence to support this in scientific studies has slowly developed.

Studies now show that 12 weeks of Pilates provides significantly more robust, lasting, and meaningful improvements.

This is why my 12-Week Progressive Pilates Programme was designed the way it was.

Because you’re not here for “just enough.”

You’re here for real results that stay.

If you’ve outgrown the short bursts and are ready for movement that works with your body (not against it), this is for you.

You want your body to work for you all day long, even at rest.

That’s the magic of true, functional strength:

A core that supports your spine while you’re working at your desk.

Muscles that stay engaged while you’re driving, not just in the gym.

A body that helps you move well and relax comfortably - whether lifting, carrying, walking, or reading in the sun.

Now’s the time to be intentional.

This isn’t just fitness.

It’s the quiet power of a body that knows what to do - without you having to think about it.

Now is the time for precision.

For intelligent, progressive movement that strengthens the core, unlocks the hips, resets the posture, and builds endurance that lasts.

Because strength at this stage of life isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right focus - so you feel powerful, graceful, and ready for anything.
