Introducing the 12-Week Couch to Core Stability Pilates Programme


This program is specially designed for men and women 35+ who are ready to:

  • Build their core strength.
  • Improve their posture.
  • Ease aches and pains.

In just 12 weeks, you'll progress step-by-step from wherever you are now – even if you’ve never tried Pilates before – to feeling stronger, more mobile, and more in control of your body than ever before.

This is my tried and tested programme that I have used with my clients over the last 17 years.

It has been gradually modified and refined to produce what I feel is my best ever programme that is balanced and rewarding.

This includes:

✅x12 (1 hour) class recordings.

✅You will receive x1 class/week to complete in your own time.

The classes will gently progress each week but if I have done my job well, you will not really notice too much.

You will have the chance to stay at the same level as suits you as you will have full access to the course for 1 year

Hi, I'm Jo, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with over 20 years of experience helping women transform their health and well-being.

I specialise in core stability, posture improvement, and functional movement– all designed to empower women like you to reclaim control of their bodies.

With a background in physiotherapy and a deep passion for Pilates, I know firsthand the powerful impact that targeted, gentle exercises can have on your body and mind. Now, I’m here to help you to discover that for yourself.

Who is this program for?
This course is perfect for women and men aged 35+ looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and posture.

Do I need any prior experience with Pilates?
Not at all! This program is beginner-friendly and includes step-by-step guidance.

What equipment will I need?
A Pilates mat and a head cushion or folded towel and comfortable clothing – that’s it!

How long will each session take?
Each class is 60 minutes long. I feel it is important to invest an hour/week in yourself to see results.

What if I fall behind?
You’ll have access to the course materials for 12 months, so you can go at your own pace and can also repeat classes as necessary before moving on to the next class.
